This Privacy Policy applies to the Breathe app for iOS devices (the "Application"), operated by CALMIA (the "Service Provider").

Breathe is designed to provide a simple and private breathing experience. The Application does not require an account and does not use external servers to collect or store your personal information.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to external servers.

The Service Provider does not collect:

・Email addresses

・IP addresses

・Device identifiers

・Location information

・Usage analytics

・Advertising identifiers

・Crash reports

・Health information

・Any personally identifiable information

The Application does not use analytics or advertising services.

2. Local Data Storage

Breathe stores certain app settings locally on your device in order to provide its functionality.

These settings may include:

・Notification preferences

・Notification intervals

・Notification start and end times

・Selected session completion phrase

・Other app preferences required for the Application to function

This information is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard local storage technologies.

The Service Provider does not have access to this information, and it is not transmitted to external servers.

3. Notifications

The Application may request permission to send notifications if you choose to enable reminders.

Notifications are used solely to remind you to take a moment and breathe according to the schedule you configure within the Application.

Notification schedules are created locally on your device using Apple's notification system.

The Application does not send notification data to external servers.

You can disable notifications at any time through:

・Your iPhone Settings

You can continue using the main breathing experience even if you choose not to allow notifications.

4. Tracking and Advertising

The Application does not track you across apps or websites.

The Application does not:

・Use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) for tracking

・Display advertisements

・Use advertising networks

・Share data with advertisers

・Create user profiles

・Use your information for marketing purposes

5. Third-Party Services

The Application does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or backend services for the collection of user data.

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

6. Data Deletion

Because the Application does not maintain user accounts or store your personal information on external servers, the Service Provider does not retain personal data about you.

Locally stored application settings can generally be removed by deleting the Application from your device.

Please note that device backups managed by Apple, such as iCloud backups, may retain application data according to Apple's own backup and retention policies.

7. Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the Application does not require an account and does not collect personal information, the Service Provider does not knowingly maintain personal data relating to children.

8. Security

The Application is designed so that app preferences and notification settings remain on your device.

Because no personal information is transmitted to or stored on the Service Provider's servers, the Service Provider does not maintain a remote database containing your personal information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including the use of device security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where available.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
